Human Resources Manager

Retail Reinvented is seeking a human resources leader to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including the hiring of new talent internationally. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strategies for direct hiring of high-level professionals in the fields of technology, design, management consulting, and marketing. Prior agency or technology-related experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business roadmap
  • Manage the direct recruitment and selection process
  • Connect management and contractor/employee relationships by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Support current and future business requirements through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive remote-first working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that improves performance of our team’s personal and business lives
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs for long-term knowledge transfer
  • Ensure legal compliance through the human resources department management
  • Work with management to develop a company culture and company identity

Basic Qualifications

  • Independent and a self-starter; can monitor responsibilities, research new concepts as needed, and proactively determine and begin next steps
  • Enjoys learning and taking on new challenges. Has a willingness to say “yes” to assignments
  • Can write professional job descriptions and requirements documentation
  • Communicates clearly through written and spoken word
  • Demonstratable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Ability to develop strategy along with strong leadership qualities

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required, within Human Resources or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and HR best practices
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • Knowledge of the digital agency, technology, and/or management consulting space
